Both in interior and exterior design, achieving the desired level of quality hinges greatly on the quality of our lighting and rendering. These elements play a pivotal role in bringing our design concepts to life, creating the ambiance and visual appeal that our clients expect. Additionally, the intricate process of customizing each and every element, from unique meshes to specific textures and materials, adds to the complexity. These challenges are inherent in our profession, but they are also the driving forces that push us to excel in our craft. As designers, we understand that meeting our clients’ requirements is of utmost importance, and we continually strive to master the art of rendering and lighting to bring their visions to reality.
- How and when did you start to use Coohom to design instead of other softwares?
We adopted Coohom for our design work around a year ago. We then utilize Coohom’s extensive 3D design tools, including its rich library of textures and models, to create detailed designs. Coohom’s cloud-based storage simplifies collaboration, facilitating real-time feedback and revisions with clients. Once the design is finalized, Coohom’s efficient rendering capabilities produce high-quality visualizations. This streamlined workflow ensures our design projects are completed efficiently and meet our high standards.
- Can you share with us some or your experience how to improve skills with Coohom? (lighting, composition, design, etc.)
Improving skills with Coohom involves utilizing training resources and tutorials, engaging with the software’s online community, and regularly practicing design projects. Staying updated with this evolving features and embracing experimentation are key for skill enhancement. For lighting, we’ve experimented with various sources and presets, fine-tuning them for desired atmospheres through consistent practice. In composition, we’ve studied principles like balance and focal points, often creating multiple drafts to refine our designs. To enhance our design skills, we stay updated with industry trends and utilize Coohom’s extensive library.
- What is your expectations on Coohom?
Our expectations for Coohom encompass ongoing enhancements in rendering capabilities, an expanding library of textures and models, an intuitive user interface, and a commitment to user support. We also look forward to Coohom incorporating features such as a cutting list, 720-degree VR tour walkthrough experience, electrical drawings, and working drawings for custom-modeled models. Additionally, a stronger emphasis on exterior rendering and a provision for saving custom-modeled models would further enhance its utility for designers. These developments collectively contribute to a comprehensive and efficient design experience with Coohom, facilitating high-quality, efficient, and visually appealing design work.
