Can you share your journey into the interior design industry?

It was my very first desire to become an interior designer. After school I studied interior and this year I am completing my 5 years as an interior designer.

I run my freelance business from ghaziabad up in Delhi ncr india.

What’s your design style?

I can’t tell you what my style should be called. I just visualize my thoughts. Sometimes it is according to clients reference. Mix match also. Contemporary I tried. I prefer what looks good according to room size and clients need I go for it.

How did you first discover Coohom? What was the context at that time?

I started using Coohom in 2021. I was searching some better option than 3D Max and SketchUp which can utilize my time and provide me fast renders. When I was searching I saw tutorials of Coohom then I started using it in my ipad. Yes i stated it through ipad, but unfortunately the ipad version is no more available. Renders impressed me. It was quite good but not that easy to use in ipad as I was new, but through the time we all find easier way to access. Now I am very happy with my designs and try to fulfill my clients desire.

Currently, I use SketchUp, Autocad and Coohom mainly for residential and commercial interior designs.

What do you think makes Coohom stand out from other design software?

First the render quality is superb. Model library is also very versatile. And customisation is also good. Coohom is growing, and we are as well.

Are you part of any Coohom community groups or do you follow us on social media (@Coohom)?

Community still not, but I follow Coohom’s Facebook and Instgram.

For some references it is useful. You can get some new ideas exploring internet or being part of any community.

Some times tutorials are helpful if we are missing anything then we can go and watch these tutorials. I’ve just watched tutorials and learnt some tips of ceiling design from them. Overall it’s a very user friendly platform.

Can you share some of your experiences on how to improve your skills in using Coohom ?

This comes with experience and keep working with Coohom. There should be an vision on how you want your design to look.

Keep learning on how you can get your vision into it. This is how I learnt.

Experience are just experience. I don’t know how to explain

How is technology, including design platforms like Coohom, viewed and used in Indian market?

Coohom is well known here in India.

Interior industry is also growing in big cities like delhi ghaziabad Noida. I’m from north side of India. Technology is like everyone is eager about. Use of technology is also growing designing career is good.

But one thing is very difficult here that every single carpenter, home owner, contractors. all are designer here so trends like what they want. Peaceful colour and space utilization is preferred most.
