Meet Praew, the influencer and designer from the Faculty of Architecture at Khon Kaen University. This young woman has been passionate about drawing since childhood and has turned her love for design into a blossoming career.

“I believe that to be a good designer, you should prioritize the user over your own needs.”

The Journey to Architecture

So, what sparked my interest in studying architecture? Well, it all started in middle school. I’ve loved drawing since I was a kid, and I knew I wanted to pursue something that involved it. By high school, I was deciding between health and arts streams. But my passion for drawing ultimately led me to choose the Faculty of Architecture.

The more I studied, the more I felt at home. My family has always supported my career choices, which has been a huge blessing.

To all the kids out there dreaming of studying architecture: listening to reviews is one thing, but experiencing it firsthand is another. Trust me, you have to try it for yourself (hahaha).

Life as an Architecture Student

Studying here isn’t too hard, honestly (hahaha). But the assignments? They’re huge and time-consuming. The projects we get depend on whether there’s a competition or if it’s something our professors have come up with. Usually, it’s designing existing spaces, renovations, or entirely new projects. We get a blank canvas and have to create the structure from scratch—exciting, right?

Discovering Coohom

I stumbled upon Coohom while searching for inspiration. I needed a tool that would help me get my creative juices flowing. I saw friends using Coohom, uploading sculpted model files, and rendering them quickly and conveniently. Naturally, I had to give it a shot.

Using Coohom has been a game-changer. It saves so much time compared to other programs. With other software, I had to stop working to let my computer render, making sure it didn’t overheat. Plus, I needed a high-spec computer for faster processing. But Coohom? It’s quick and efficient, and I can keep working without interruptions.

Other programs take ages to process images, and I have to manually adjust all the lighting. Coohom offers automatic light adjustments, whether it’s indoor or outdoor. It’s a huge time-saver, and the final images look realistic, almost like photographs.

Who Should Use Coohom?

I highly recommend Coohom to fellow architecture, interior design, product design, and graphic media students. It makes 3D modeling and rendering a breeze. Even if you’re in animation or media, Coohom can be a lifesaver. Hand-drawing scenes can be tedious, but Coohom simplifies the process and provides stunning virtual images from various perspectives.

And hey, café owners! You can use Coohom to layout your space before diving into decorating. It gives you a clear vision of your design ideas.
