Technical challenges such as quotation, countertop, and free editing profile interfacing were resolved, and the project was successfully launched online after checking.
- In August 2023, the pilot phase was completed.
The project met delivery standards after successfully completing pilot ordering tasks for all categories in 11 cities.
Through the joint efforts of all three parties, key technical challenges of the project were tackled one by one, giving Holike a new face featuring digital intelligence. Utilizing Coohom’s “Design and Intelligent Manufacturing Integration” system, Holike achieved seamless data connectivity across the entire chain from design to production. This integration allows for immediate order splitting upon design completion, enabling one-click order splitting, ordering, and quoting. This efficiency not only enhances the effectiveness of design and marketing but also reduces production errors, lowers production and delivery costs, and shortens the overall order delivery cycle.
Particularly regarding the technical challenges of integrating cabinet countertop production, the project team concentrated its efforts on technical breakthroughs. They have evolved from basic design functionality to support precise data interfacing with production. This advancement offers a novel solution for the digital transformation of self-producing enterprises in the cabinet countertop industry.
In marketing scenarios, it has been verified that terminals can utilize Coohom to achieve integrated design across multiple categories, including whole-house wardrobes, wooden doors, floating systems, cabinets, and countertops. Then, leveraging tools like Coohom’s video rendering video, Meijian PPT, and Exhibition Hall, the design data can be repeatedly utilized to provide design materials for attracting customers in various scenarios, even facilitating transactions.
At the same time, thanks to the openness of the Coohom platform, Holike is able to provide multi-category/multi-channel quotations and order management for large home furnishings, catering to various inquiry scenarios across different channels at the terminal. This reduces unnecessary repetitive tasks between stages, offering consumers more flexible, efficient, and professional design services, thus enhancing consumers’ experience.
This also means that terminals can use Coohom to handle custom orders for decoration companies through a one-stop process for in-depth design, quoting, and order management, further alleviating the workload of stores.
Finally, after an order is placed with a single click on Coohom, the system automatically checks the accuracy of order data and flags errors, minimizing the need for repetitive verification.
The simple and user-friendly operation of Coohom has also lowered the learning barrier for terminal tools. In the past, stores might spend three months, six months, or even longer to master design and ordering tools. However, after the implementation of the project, designers who have used Coohom only need a necessary understanding of the company’s product system to quickly complete designs on Coohom and then interact with consumers.
Data shows that currently, nearly three hundred Holike dealers have begun using Coohom software for direct ordering. The coverage rate of Holike’s Coohom accounts is 80%, and the activity rate of Coohom VIP Diamond accounts is 93.5%.
In addition, as direct users of the “Design and Intelligent Manufacturing Integration” system, designers are keys for Holike, particularly regarding their proficiency and depth of tool usage. To support this, Holike, relying on Coohom’s digital operations within the design community, trains designers, creating new design talents. This initiative promotes the nationwide circulation of outstanding design solutions, contributes to the creation of a digital design solution library, and establishes a new “design-marketing” closed loop.
Full-Speed Promotion, Unleashing the Value of Digital Intelligence Empowerment
“The custom home furnishing industry currently faces a significant challenge, lack of distinction. Therefore, Holike’s core objective is to focus on improving terminal efficiency and providing excellent customer service. The advanced technological capabilities of Coohom and Homag are precisely why we chose them as partners. This collaboration has achieved a full-chain integration, elevating Holike’s core competitive strength to a new level,” stated Shen Junyu, CEO of Holike. Moving forward, Holike plans to implement specific policies for the nationwide promotion of this project, aiming for early coverage at all terminals. Shen also expressed sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Coohom and Homag teams for their dedication and support throughout the project.
“The industry competition in the future will definitely be the comprehensive one. Holike needs a digital design platform that starts with design as the core, thoroughly addressing every pain point across all scenarios and processes of the enterprise,” said Ku Teng, the Marketing Manager of Holike.
